RN-Vostoknefteproduct LLC was established in December 2001 to arrange wholesale and retail sales of NK Rosneft JSC oil products in the Russian Far East.

RN-Vostoknefteproduct LLC is an important unit in the closed production chain of Rosneft JSC which is actively engaged in gas and oil production in the Far East, conducts processing ( RN- Komsomolsk Oil Refinery LLC) and oil products trans-shipment and reloading ( RN-Nakhodkanefteproduct LLC).
The Company runs seven branches, and its coverage includes Khabarovsk, Primorsky, Kamchatsky and Zabaikalsky (Transbaikal) territories and also Sakhalin, Amur and Jewish Autonomous regions. RN-Vostoknefteproduct LLC owns 71 big and small gas stations located in seven territorial units of the Far Eastern Federal District. In July 2008, new branches were put into operation in Kamchatsky and Zabaikalsky territories.
Ivan Potyutko, Director General of RN-Vostoknefteproduct LLC mentions: RN-Vostoknefteproduct is actively engaged in perspective development of its business, arranging reconstruction of its petroleum storage depots, renovating its acting facilities, and developing and putting into operation of new production subsidiaries . In 2009, in Khabarovsk the Company tends to build two new facilities. Company’s object is to develop a network of gas stations meeting the world standard requirements.
The overall results of RN-Vostoknefteproduct’s operation in 2008 showed that the Company has completely fulfilled its goals and objectives in wholesale and retail sectors. The total volume of oil products sold was 1,964.4 thousand tons and sales made 48.4 billion rubles.
It is necessary to point out that RN-Vostoknefteproduct LLC is one of the fuel suppliers of the Primorsky Oil Refinery under construction and of a number of the major construction projects presently conducted on Russky Island (Vladivostok) within the frame of the preparation for Asian Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit. In the future, the Company will be engaged in providing fuel for social needs and also for automobiles in that area.
The Company is doing its best to make its high quality oil products available for a bigger number of the far easterners, for both - businesses and drivers.

Quality of the products is the paramount priority for RN-Vostoknefteproduct LLC and for entire NK Rosneft JSC. This is the reason why NK Rosneft undertakes considerable investments in renovation of the Komsomolsk Oil Refinery.
Vladimir Melekhin, Director General of RN- Komsomolsk Oil Refinery LLC points out that the final goal of this modernization is to get prepared for production of gasoline of Euro-4 and Euro-5 standards, so to be ready for the year 2011 when the fuel order will take affect.
Vladimir Melekhin also mentions that generally speaking, RN-Vostoknefteproduct and RN- Komsomolsk Oil Refinery are working in a very close contact. If RN-Vostoknefteproduct does not sell our product on time, our refinery can stop its operation, since we have limited storage facilities, - the Director of the Komsomolsk Refinery says, - and in case we do not provide product of needed quality and in demanded quantity, the business of RN-Vostoknefteproduct suffers considerably. But we have been working together for many years and all the details of our interaction have been worked out very well. From my point of view the gasoline we sell at NK Rosneft’s gas stations has a very high quality. I personally fill my tank only at our gas stations .
RN-Vostoknefteproduct LLC has also optimized the delivery of oil products from the refinery to gas stations. The logistics of the fuel delivery has been improved and designed in such way that the number of middlemen has considerably decreased. This prevents deterioration of the fuel and minimizes transportation losses.
